Shipping: USA Customers

ECONOMY SHIPPING: FREE ON QUALIFYING ORDERS OVER $100

Qualifying orders to contiguous US States ship FREE on orders over $100. 

For orders to non-contiguous US States (HI, AK, APO, PR, Guam) or those that do not qualify for free shipping, we offer low shipping rates starting at just $4.95 per order. These rates are discounted from the actual rates.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS

We understand that sometimes you may need your order sooner. Therefore, we also offer the following expedited shipping options at discounted rates:

  • 1 Business Day Delivery
  • 1 Day Delivery (including Saturday)
  • 2 Business Days Delivery
  • 3 Business Days Delivery

Please note that shipping times are in addition to any processing or production times. Due to high demand for machines and equipment, some of our equipment may require a lead time for production. Business days refer to Monday to Friday and start counting from the date the carrier receives the parcel. For orders received by 3 pm EST (12 pm PST), we usually hand off most parcels to the carrier on the same day.

 International Customers

We are delighted to serve customers worldwide. Our orders ship from the USA, and we offer discounted shipping rates for most countries. During checkout, please select your country and you will see the shipping cost. 

ECONOMY SHIPPING

On average, it takes 7-14 business days for delivery to most countries. This shipping option includes guaranteed proof of processing and limited tracking, which may only track to the destination country borders.

PRIORITY SHIPPING

For faster delivery, you can contact our support team and they will assist and provide you with actual shipping cost. 

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from NGOODIEZ. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via the contact methods mentioned above.

Please note that for a refund to be issued, the product must be unopened and unused and in resellable condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to reflect in your account.
